Level 1 – Analysis & Correction
Whether you are a physiotherapist, osteopath, trainer or the person next door, this course is for all those who want to get the best out of themselves.
In these three intensive days, you will learn the basics of our training philosophy.
The content of the course is the analysis and correction of the most common incorrect postures and evasive movements, such as hollow back (hyperlordosis), hunchback (kyphosis), knock-knees (valgus) and much more.
We teach you step by step how to recognize, correct and stabilize the dysfunctions of the human body. Our course is not only about recognizing the theory of poor posture, but also about feeling it in your own body: you can improve your own posture through neuromuscular and myofascial changes and use corrective exercises to activate areas of your body that you may not have noticed before.
The aim of the course is to put your understanding of correct posture and human biomechanics into practice, both theoretically and practically, and to apply it immediately afterwards with patients or clients.
Lecturer:
Raphael Rochner: Physiotherapist, DOSB Sports Physiotherapy, M.Sc. Sports Medicine, sectoral alternative practitioner, lecturer in applied training science, applied biomechanics, sports physiotherapeutic support for various world champions, Olympic champions and professional and competitive athletes from handball, soccer, ju-jutsu, professional boxing, Paralympic Games (Tokyo 2021, Paris 2024).
